The cars starting lining up on PCH early Sunday morning for the 2nd Annual Surf City USA Beach Cruise in Huntington Beach, Ca. Our friends at D&P Chevy in Orange County were one of the show sponsors, so we went out there yesterday to show some support.
It was a beautiful day in Southern California. A lot of cars and people filled the parking lots just behind the sand. It is a great venue to host a classic car show. Once the sun came up, so did the cars and the people.
Recognize this Nomad? It is owned by one of our customers, Kevin Spangler. It was built by D&P and was featured on the cover of our April 2011 catalog.
The show attracted a nice variety of vehicles from the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. There were quite a few red vehicles on display with some eye catching paint jobs.
There is the California Car Cover booth. I was on hand talking about car covers and our Golden Shine cleaning products.
You cannot have a car show near the beach without seeing a couple of Woodies.

The show also featured an opportunity raffle and prizes for the top picks. It was a great show and we look forward to seeing the event grow next year.
